Zeb Landsman
Zeb Landsman, a long-time commercial and real-estate litigator, joined the firm as a Partner in 2024. Mr. Landsman has tried complex cases in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, as well as courts in New York. Arbitrations, domestic and international, have been part of his practice. He is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and other federal courts.
Prior to joining Reynolds, Rappaport, Kaplan & Hackney, Mr. Landsman was a partner for nearly 27 years at a mid-sized firm in New York City, where he was chair of the litigation practice group. Mr. Landsman has received the highest rating ("AV") by Martindale-Hubbell, publisher of peer review lawyer ratings for more than 130 years.
Community Involvement
Mr. Landsman serves as a board member of Friends of MVY Radio. Mr. Landsman also taught Constitutional Law to high school students in New York City and, long ago, served as a Towncouncilman in Telluride, Colorado.
Personal
Mr. Landsman lives with his wife in Aquinnah. They have two grown children and have been visiting the Island for more than a quarter century. Mr. Landsman is an avid cyclist and skier, and enjoys studying science and reading novels.
